How much does shipping and delivery cost?
Free shipping for local orders in the Philippines! No minimum amount required.
We also accept same day delivery with orders within Metro Manila, Cainta Rizal, Bacoor Cavite, and Calamba Laguna.
International shipping to USA and Canada will depend on what State you are residing.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You can expect your order to arrive according to the following schedule:
Delivery Time
Metro Manila : Within Same day delivery – 48 hours
Outside Metro Manila : 3 – 10 business days
USA and Canada: 3 – 10 business days via DHL Express
*Outside delivery zone locations can take an additional 2 days for delivery.
How do I track an order?
Once your item/s have been picked up by one of our courier partners, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
How do I cancel my order?
Order cancellation request should be done within 12 hours after placing the order, cancellation is prohibited once order has been shipped even if the 12 hours’ time mark is not yet up.
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately or call us at +(63) 994-577-8324 (Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm, Saturday: 8am-12pm).

RETURN POLICY
At PurtierPlacenta.store, we are confident that our supplement will meet and surpass your expectations.
However, if you would like to return our product, don’t hesitate to contact us, a dedicated staff will provide you with further instructions regarding the return process.
We will ask you to return all the bottles from your order (all unused Bottles with seal intact), and once we have received your returned bottles, we’ll refund your purchase within 7-14 business days, minus all shipping costs and a handling fee.
I have opened 1 bottle from my order, does the guarantee still apply?
Unfortunately, no. Once you opened the bottle the guarantee does not apply. The guarantee only applies to an unopened bottle of Purtier Placenta.
